I am training myself for a 10 km marathon run. I gradually increased the time of run from 2 kms (1 min walk 1 min jog) to 6 kms (1 km walk 3 min jog alternate cycle for 60 mins) in 15 days. I take a 2 min break between 20 mins. I haven't faced any issue for first 2 days of 6 km run. But on third day I felt a pain on the long bone back to feet. Happening only on my right feet. I run in a circular park where I happened to turn right for every 60 meters. When I rested for a day the pain was getting ok and when I started again I felt the pain while running but walking was normal .can you advice me here. I had a knee disjoint 9 years back.

You should build up your stamina more slowly. You may also try & change the direction of your run. It may work out.
