I am a 37 year old physician weighing 85 kg height 5 feet 5 inches. I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and am on tab metformin 1 gm bd. Right now pp blood glucose is 124 and fasting is 104. I am on tab telma 40 od for hypertension. Please advise regarding lifestyle dietary and medication changes.
