Namaste sir! My age is 24 and I from Jaipur and sir I want help and best advise for my problem pls guide me. Sir In 2007 on 7 Dec at around 8 clock I had pain in my back around my cervical region and there is vomiting also and I severe headache too. This all thing happen when I am wearing my school tie preparing for going to schl. As I was felt uncomfortable I lie down on my bed as I stood up for taking my breakfast I fallen down on floor and my whole got paralyzed. Sir than my mom reached to hospital j. K. Loan hospital there in investigation report everything was normal but there was inflammation in my cervical region ie from C3 to C7 and a hypertension. I can't understand every. Word reply back but there was no movement at that time I was admitted there. For 15 days and still there was no movement and I had urine catheter for urination and there was injury also when my urine catheter was pushed out as it stuck in rolling when I was taken for MRI and my foreskin part pulled behind .little bit bleeding also .sir all my paralyzes effect as such for 7 month and slowly I recover but there was some problem like I can't cntl my urine it was dribbling and and cnt control on my Stool. And there my right side was weak but left side recover and Dr. Said I was affected from a disease called transverse myelitis .so today also there is problem on my stool I can not control on my stool and I can hold my urine but I fail to pass urine on standing position but while sitting I can pass urine comfortably and sir my main problem is that while doing masturbation my semen could not come outside and there is problem of semen discharge and semen stuck on my glans penis as in paste form and I am worrying about my martial life too so pls sugest me coj I had problem of paralytic effect on my right side whole body and urine problem and this semen discharge problem so I would consult a urologist or sexologist or a neurologist and sir in 2015 I hd perform a test urodynamic in which there is problem of hyperactive bladder so pls suggest me what I will do and which specialist I will go for and do I go for surgery for my penis because the skin is pulled back due to that time injury.
