One of my molar tooth is bifurcated but still attached to the gum. What should be done about it ?

Please get it examined by a dentist ,who will take a radiograph and recommend you the treatment,incase it can be saved it will require a rct and restoration .if the damage is beyond salvation will warrent extraction

If the crown portion is the only part which is bifurcated then RCT can be the preferred treatment but if it has gone deep ,it will. have to be extracted & replaced with artificial tooth

When you say bifurcated i assume you mean it is broken. In all likelihood and extraction is required.
