Hi, My age is 28. I am working in a small IT company as a Designer. My query is I am getting scared of everything. Because of that my hand starts shaking. Even when I go for an interview to attend my hand used to shake a lot. I couldn't stop that. Is that I am scared of public. Or because of my mindset. I don't know what s wrong with me.
