My mother is having certain type of eczema in legs. Especially feet, it has a no of black spots, might be similar to varicose eczema. It usually gives a lot of pain. There are certain wounds also (develops one after another). Can you suggest any treatment which could give her relief? Consulting various dermatologists does not showed any effective results.
