Sir/Mam Me and my girlfriend had done humming (rubbing penis on vulva) in September. She had her periods after that. But now she complains of not having her periods. She also complains of mild stomach ache in her stomach. We did an ultrasound on December 1 so as to check if anything was wrong but everything was fine. We have done multiple pregnancy tests that have turned out to be negative. But she is still complaining of pain in the stomach area. She is also saying that she didn't have her periods after that like she said that her periods didn't till 12th December and she said that she is complaining of mild pain stomach. She did a pregnancy test on 11 th Dec that was negative. She went to a doctor also on 8 th who told her that Ultrasound was normal completely. Doctor said that there was no sign of infection and told her that even she couldn't understand that why she was having pain in her stomach. One thing that she always says is that she is always feeling something her stomach. Mam pls help is this a sign of pregnancy. What should I do in case she is pregnant. Can it be somehow avoided. No there is no pregnancy. It can be simple gas. 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style. This is most important n non negotiable part 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for u. 11.
