Empty stomach, 4 glasses of water, brisk walk of about 6 kms.in morning, pranayam for 45 minutes. Thereafter tea with 2digestive biscuits. Lunch by9. 30 am,afternoon yes at 1.30 pm with 2digestive biscuits. Evening meals at 6.00 pm. And evening stroll of about two kms. Retire by 9.30 pm.have no relief from any party. No you need to change your eating habit. 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4.
