Being unemployed when you are fully qualified is rather distressing. I quite understand what you must be feeling. But life is full of such failures, and it is said that ?failures are your tutors for success?. If you do not fail, you do not enjoy success. Because of the depression you are withdrawing and that is the worst thing to do. Staying at home might become very dreary, and will add to your misery. Please become active even if it is against your will. Read a book called ?The Road Less Travelled?, by Scott M Peck. It will really inspire you. You need to pray and back up your faith by actions. You do not explain the reason of your sacking, but meet with a counselor and discuss the fallout of that experience. Be active both in the body and mind, otherwise depression will get hold of you like a vice. The further you sink into depression, the less likely you will be able to or willing to change. Your life is very precious, and every effort must be made to treasure it and respect it and develop it. I myself have been through many failures, and you will never believe how much I put into life to be where I am right now. But I am proud of that. Life is a gift, treasure it. Please go out and meet people, exercise, eat and sleep healthily. Listen to people, even if they are critical. Their opinions cannot kill you. Many people will have a lot to say, and they are not the only experts. You are the expert of your life. I want to hear that you have pushed yourself out of this quagmire, and soon too.
