I am having weight of 68 kg height 5'4 and age 28 yrs. I have tried to workout but my schedule is so exhausting that I do not have time to hit the gym. I do not eat too much just breakfast lunch and dinner. No junk food nothing from outside. I drink 3 ltrs of water daily. Still I am not able to loss weight.

Hello lybrate-user. Without doing physical exercise its difficult to loss weight. Its not necessary to go gym. You can do physical exercise at home. Try to do skipping, cycling or dancing untill sweating occur. Sweating is quiet necessary. But in starting do light exercise. Take healthy diet and avoid oily food. Thank you.
