Hi, For some years I have fissure. But this doesn't create any problem in my daily activities. No bleeding and bowel movement is normal. Problem arises only when I spend more time in bathroom. It gets expand and make some difficulties while walking. Some doctors suggested to have a surgery to remove fissure. But some doctors recommends not to put knife until it creates any problem or any bleeding. Is there any treatment for this? Can medicine cure this without going for surgery? Is there any medicine to shrink and gradually diminish these fissure? Is any permanent solution is there in ayurveda or in homeopathy? Please suggest.
