I am 32 years old female suffering from backache now and then from the day I got done caesarean, 4 years back. At the area where spinal anaesthesia was given is very painful. Pain comes if I stand for too long and stress during work. Subsides on taking rest.

Do Spinal Extension Exercise regularly at least 20 times. Do some stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams. Do Hot Compression over the Painful areas of your back. There are lots of other stretches and exercises that you need to perform at a daily basis. Electro Therapeutic Modalities are also needed to cure your condition. So I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist ASAP.
