Left back pain since 2 months back with Diagnose L4-L5 disc bulge. I have describe as below report. Impression: Lumar spondylosis Diffuse disc bulge with posterocentral and left paracentral annular fissure at L4-L5 level with mild effacement of thecal sac with lateral canal stenosis on either side with indentation of traversing roots and mild compression of exiting nerve roots (R>L) I need to proper cure for that and exercise if advised. Thanks in advanced.
