I had severe pain in my right lower abdomen and found enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa. Appendicitis and stones over ruled by ct scan. Uti over ruled by urine test and urine culture. Now I have pain in my right groin area and vaginal pain sometimes, frequent urination, cloudy urine. Few days back I had mild transparent watery vaginal discharge which was very less so that didn't stain on my panties. I had this discharge for few days. So what is my actual problem. Please do help!
