How long can implantation cramps last? Can ovaries hurt even after implantation bleeding? I have mild PCOS problem. I had my IUI on 30th Nov. I'm on progesterone tablets called Naturogest. 2 days before, on Dec 12 I noticed some brown coloured discharge. It was only for that one day. For last 1 week I'm feeling mild cramps. It lasts even now and the area of ovaries also hurt. Are these cramps implantation cramps? Or am I getting my period?

You must do a urine for pregnancy test on 15th december. If it is positive then continue the medicines you were taking. It is negative then stop all medicines and wait for menses. Implantation occurs within 3-5 days of iui.
