I have been working out in the gym since January this year. I have thin forearms and wrist which doesn't seem to grow. I incorporated forearm exercises since last 2 months. I perform wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, reverse barbell curl, and dumbbell twists. The posture of the exercises are fine. What would I be doing wrong if the size of my forearms don't grow? Is there a different approach to train my forearms? Also ,kindly let me know how often can I train my forearms in a week?
