Since 1 year m having left side of low back pain pain in both legs fingers and nearby area by riding a scooty, up down stairs, bending forward etc it pains on low back can not lift weight more than 5 kg in my hands can not walking 2 km at a time muscles of legs feel weakness by exertion fingers of hand and legs are just like sleeped and mild current like feeling during sleep and rest making difficulty in sleep properly ? Stiffness feels sometimes appetite is normal? sometimes gas acidity constipation but only 1or 2 days in month.
