Dear sir/Mam As per my age how much workout ,sleep and meals I need. Right now I'm doing 50 km of cycling in a weak and 6 hrs tennis in a weak. Please suggest. Regards.

Hello Rajesh. The physical exertion is good enough... Take more protein and less carb and fatty food.. You should take 7 hours of sleep. And Take heavy breakfast, and avoid night time heavy meals...
