My weight is my problem. It is increasing day by day. I have not eat that much but my weight is increasing. Why this happen to me. I'm walking daily and when I get time, I went to gym. But weight is increasing. Can you suggest a solution.

It's due to slow metabolism and moreover if you eat less and do starvation it will also increase your weight .To lose weight you have to eat at small intervals of time .diet plays 80 percent role in weight loss.
