I am 25 year old girl. I am facing problem with sleeping. I did not get proper sleep from past year. I am going through repeatedly thought processing. I always lost in thinking something. At night during sleeping same process of thinking going on. I never feel happy. Always look sad. I do not concentrate on single task. I do not feel happiness. I try to come out from this.
