Can someone tell me if everything is normal or is there anything? Clinical indication: high prolactin level. Multi sequential multiplanar nonenhanced and enhanced MRI of the pituitary gland. No previous similar exams available for comparison. Findings:There is nonspecific heterogeneous enhancement of the pituitary gland with small less enhancing area at the right side of pituitary gland measuring approximately 3 mm on maximum dimension of possible pituitary microadenoma. For clinical and hormonal profile correlation. The suprasellar and parasellar structures are unremarkable. The visualized brain parenchyma is unremarkable appearance without evidence of focal lesion or abnormal enhancement.
