Hi, please mention how it has come half straight as the other teeth or is it angulated. or sleeping position if it has come normally and not grossly destructive then rct and cap otherwise go for extraction as it needn't be replaced since it is the last tooth

Its very diffcult to perform a root canal on a semi impacted tooth and even if we do it heroically d success rate is doubtful. and even after everything your teeth is still semi erupted and is going to be no use for u.. so its advisble to go for a surgical extraction
