Hi, I work for an IT firm and have to work for 9 hrs. I'm having a really hard time falling asleep. Even though I hit the bed by 11, I've to just roll around for another 90 mins. Can you guys suggest something.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Try to include some physical activity in your daily schedule like walking, yoga or cycling even for 15-20 min as unless the mind & body both are tired restful sleep may not be there - avoid watching a gadget screen for 1-2 hrs before sleep time - take a warm water bath & a cup of milk before sleep - read or listen to light music instead of watching TV at night - avoid tea, coffee after 3 o'clock in the afternoon as it may make it difficult to get to sleep - avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - take a light dinner at night at least 2-3 hrs before sleep time.
