I am Male, 18 years Old. Height - 177 cm, Weight-58 kgs. I want to stay fit for the Cricket Tournament conducting in my College on February - 2019. I am an All-Rounder in Cricket and also I want to know the do's and do nodes in my daily diet. I want to know the time to be spent on my exercises etc. On all these things.

Hello, Include protein in your diet (esp. Post workout a it will help in building muscle mass), Drink plenty of water (3L per day), Do not go low carbs as it may affect your energy levels. Eat after every 2/3 hrs Reduce oily fried food and junk food Minimum 1.5 hr of exercise is required. Pre workout can take any food rich in carb, take a 1 hr break and than go for workout can also take black coffee (low sugar) just before the workout and a protein rich food post workout. No need to take supplements at this age or even later.
