My age is 28 year old I was diagnosed four month back with high blood pressure which was around 148/90 I had been taking amlodipine+atenolol daily after break fast last week my bp was low around 110/78 I went to a general doctor he suggested me to stop medicine for 2 day I did so but started 2 km running in morning and walking around 4 to 5 km daily and its being five day to leave medicine I am regularly monitoring my bp which comes 109/70, 131/80,120/80 and today it was 118/91 I need to ask should I restart my medicine or should follow same habit because I can continue such an aerobic exercise and diet.
