I am 28 year old male. I met with an road accident end of august which resulted in full tear of my ACL and partial damage to MCL and meniscus. It was operated on 1st of September and since than I am doing physiotherapy. But even after 3 months I am not able to bend my knee beyond 90 degree. However I was never told about the restriction. Could you please tell me how can I improve the range of my knee?
