I have been scratched on my leg by a street puppy of about 2 months while playing with it on 19-11-2018 and till date I have already taken 4 doses of Abhayrab Anti-rabies post exposure vaccine (Purified Vero Cell Rabies Vaccine) out of 5 doses. My last dose is on. The puppy is still healthy and playful. After taking the vaccine the pharmacist advised me not to eat any non-veg items like meat, fish,egg, etc. For 1 month. As the puppy is small, do I need to again take the full course if it bites or scratches me within one or two months of completing the course? Also, I want to know whether there is any dietary restrictions while taking anti-rabies vaccine?
