Hi, Anuj vegetarian diet has good source of protein, but non vegetarian diet has more protien then veg diet. so you can take veg diet along with whey protein supplements which helps to increase your muscles. in veg diet you can use pulses, brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats , bananas apples,
