I am 27, male. I am overweight. Few days back I was diagnosed with Blood Pressure which reads 146/99. I have started doing exercises since 10 days. The doctor has prescribed me to take ArbiteI 40 as medicine in the morning for 10 days. I am walking a distance of 5 KM per day in the morning as an exercise also Cycling about 5 km-7 km. Can I start running under this high blood pressure? Will those exercises be beneficial for me to lower high blood pressure?

To lose weight in one month, decrease how many calories you eat every day by 500 so you lose 1 to 2 pounds a week at a healthy pace. Eat nutrient-dense foods that are low in calories, like lean meat, eggs, legumes, and leafy greens.
