My breast milk in very low. Please suggest some natural things to have good quality and good quantity of milk for my coming baby as my previous child was on formula milk.

Foods that increase production of breast milk in nursing mothers. Oatmeal. Oatmeal is very good and rich source of iron which is essential for mothers going through post pregnancy anaemia. Garlic..Green Papaya. Carrots..Spinach. Fennel..Fenugreek seeds. Nuts.
