I get cold and cough easily. I can not eat or drink anything which is cool. And am allergic to dust. I have the plum which is always there in my throat throughout the year. When I get cold my body gets very weak and it stays like that for 7 to 10 days. Also I shiver for cold breeze and also in air conditioner. What does I have? Sinus or pneumonia or anything else?

Hello well if you get symptoms very frequently but they are just not serious then you need to take some medication for some time along with gear on your physical exercise and breathing exercises you are comfortable with.
