My mother aged 38 has a leg pain from more than 4 weeks. Though she had been complaining that she is feeling it difficult to sit and stand just at once. But she says that is completely fine while walking. We thought that the pain was due to some calcium deficiency so we bought some t calcium pills but they were of no use. Kindly help me out with the tips that she can medicate herself meanwhile I am out of town till I Areach there to get her to a doctor.

First of all tell them to take rest, take a tub of water with leukwarm water & pore her legs in it for 10 minutes. She will feel better.
