Hi, I suffer from cervical spondylosis from few years but from today suddenly I got pain in my right jaw and not able to chew due to this pain and not able to open my mouth properly, pain is near jaw bone which is near to ear. I think it's associated with TMJ.

I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist. The pain is arising from TMJ There are lots of Exercises Available that you need to perform in a daily basis. Electro Therapeutic Modalities like UST will also be beneficial for your condition. For Quick Relief do Hot Compression over the Painful areas.
