My age is 21, weight is 50 kg, height 5 feet 4 inches and my goal is to build gain as well as muscle very fast. My diet chart includes total of 2000 calories as follows, 200 gram oats-700 calories, 2 bananas with 4 whole eggs- around 400 calories. Rice with salad- 100 calories. 4 chapatis stuffed in ghee and butter- 300 calories. 1 bar of dark Cadbury chocolate- 500 calories. MY QUESTION IS ADDING DARK CHOCOLATE OF 500 CALORIE BAR TO MY CALORIC SURPLUS HELPS TO GAIN WEIGHT OR NOT? AND IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO CHANGE.
