As per my latest USG report. It show that:- -RIGHT RENAL CALCULUS. -LEFT SIDED MILD HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS DUE TO LEFT UPPER URETERIC CALCULUS. I am 33 years old. Male As per Dr. To whom I visit said that only a hugh quantity of drinking water can remove my kidney stones. He didn't prescribe me any medicine. I want suggestions. What to do since I have kidney stone. 1) 4.5 mm size calculus is seen in the upper part of left ureter with mildly dilated proximal part. Right ureter is normal. 2) 4.3 mm size calculus is seen in the lower calyx of right kidney.

Hello lybrate-user. Yes you have to drink plenty of water. This will help you to remove stone. As you get any other complaints like pain in abdomen, vomiting, fever then there is need of medicine. If you want to dissolve the stone then go for homoeopathic treatment. Thank you.

Drink plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres and take tab dynapress once daily and tab drotin 40 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response. IF you continue to get pain then get it removed endoscopically by a urologist.
