Hi, Very rarely I face this problem but I think it is a symptom of something major. Sometimes suddenly my heart beat rises to a high level, i can literally feel every pulse and I feel I am getting less air and when I try to take long breaths, after some, the problem goes away. Can you tell the reason and what to do to cure it?
