I am 16 years old. I am frequently having wet dreams per day. I am feeling that my brain is becoming very heavy and I am unable to concentrate and focus and think clearly about something. Earlier I used to masturbate also very frequently. When I used to masturbate, I suffered from the same conditions and symptoms. But I have stopped masturbating now. As I have stopped masturbating, now this problem of wet dream is becoming very worse. Please help me!

While wet dreams are most common during puberty, they can also happen during adulthood. Wet dreams tend to occur more often in puberty due to hormonal changes. Hormone levels in adults are much more consistent, making it less likely that they will have a wet dream.
