This counselling I required for my child of 12 years old. Related to studies, mood etc. We have to conduct any aptitude to understand his interest? Please suggest.

When you say study and mood these are two different factors to work on. For studies: different study skills can be taught to him to do better in his studies. For mood: emotional regulation/ awareness can be taught to him by a trained psychologist.
