Why everytime when I take Morning walk schedule atleast for a month or two, my weight increases instead decrease? P. S. I do care to maintain diet control too.

May be your diet routine not right. When you take morning walk then you feel hungry and take diet excess. Am I right? after morning walk take warm water with honey and lemon. Then in breakfast take oatmeal and 1 any fruit. Your lunch should be full of salad and dhal and missi chapati. Missi chapati decrease cholesterol from body. Whenever you feel hungry take roasted chana and your dinner should be light. Milk always used without cream.
