I am 85 years old male I have an aortic aneurysm, left knee arthritis and enlarged prostate. I have had a congestive heart failure; timely oral removal of the fluid, and medication has put me right. I am quite active, attending to my personal needs myself and moving around our large 3-bedroom flat. Is it safe to exercise?
