Hi there! I am 32 years old. I am hypertensive and recently found my Cholesterol to be a bit high. My doctor advised me to lose 15 -20 lbs as I am overweight and this is the best way to bring down my Cholesterol and better control my blood pressure. I am just looking for some guidance on what foods I should stay away from and assistance with creating a meal plan to help me achieve my weight loss goal.
