I am 21years old one year I have a piles problem I go to doctor and get medicine piles ointment and piles tablet but it cure the pain and bleeding then repeat the problem is come itching and pain look like a injection I am very sad please help what is the permanent cure for this piles please I thing a surgery please advised me sir.
