HI, I am suffering from writers cramp. Physiotherapist said that the treatment will cost 7000 rupee per month and treatment will take upto 7 month but I can not afford it. I am a student and this is my important educational year so I need to be cured as quick as possible with a good and affordable treatment. Please help me.

Writer?s cramp can be treated by proper Ayurvedic medicines. It is not much expensive. First of all, mere physiotherapy will not cure your condition. As it is caused by the changes in signals, coming from brain to muscles. We should take internal medicines to correct the root cause of this conditions. Please let me know about your symptoms, whether you have problems only during writing or holding pen? Or you have cramps and difficulty in wrist movements? Based on your symptoms, we can take medicines internally, apply oil externally to reduce muscle stiffness and improves muscle contraction and also do certain exercises.
