I am suffering from perianal abscess since 2011. Local doctor has don G.I.Incision four times since 2011. But time and again the pain starts. I am very much fed up with this pain.

Abcess in the perianal region can extend into ischiorectal fossa which will require complete excision under General anaesthesia Please consult a general surgeon.
