My tongue has changed the taste and its difficult to get test like salt ,sugar ,bitter etc. I have used medicine of vitamin B complex as per doctor's advice but its not complete. I don't use alcohol and tobacco also and there is no any infection on tongue. What is the reason behind it sir?
