Hello Doctor, I am diagnosed with sjogren's syndrome and ILD both. I take HCQs 300, MMF (2000) for last one year. I use the sunscreen lotion suncros. Still my face is getting dark. Any suggestions for the food items that I can have for better result of my overall health condition.
