I am 33 years old my problem are since last two years i fell this. (A) at day time occasionaly not daily my mind be absence. If i drive i forget where i am going though i have command on my driving. (B) since last six month i face problem at night time means when i was sleeping. As my family member observation they said that initially i sought loudly then salivation comes from mouth and my body be hard. in both of this case i be normal after 10 - 12 minutes totally. So, anyone say me what is the reason and why it happens. And how should i be normal.

You may look at panic anxiety attacks that may be causing all these symptoms. They are normally sudden and erratic, and cause blackouts and rigid tensions in the body. Panic attacks are related to fear: you are afraid of something real or made up that is causing you to react in this fashion. You may not be totally conscious of it though. It is so distracting that your mind is not able to completely focus on what you are doing, especially when you are driving. This can be quite risky. In the meantime do some vigorous physical exercises daily, and attend Yoga classes to learn some relaxation techniques. Deep breathing will help to temporarily stave off the reactions but not enough to resolve it. Night time traumas are really indicative of very disturbing fear-related unresolved issues that are seeking a resolution. Talk to a counselor and see if you can locate the cause.
