HI, I am always suffering from high blood pressure since last 4 years. Also vitamin D deficiency in my knee joint due to which I feel weakness in my leg to walk and feel heavy weight. My triglyceride level is high around 350 to 400. Due to above problems my activeness and smartness has gone.
