Hello sir I have a pain in left side of my neck. I think this is the vein pain. When I place my finger on painful part I am experiencing the pulse on it. So pls tell me what's the problem with that.

Consult with a Qualified Physiotherapist for better Diagnosis. The neck has rich vast supply of veins and arteries. Keeping finger on any will give you a pulsa sensation which is normal. If placing finger gives pain, then it could be probably Myofascial in origin which goes with Therapeutic Exercise. Good luck!
