My age is 32 years weight 96 kg. Two days back I had found blood during stool, same day after 3 hours again during stool I found fresh blood flow. Then evening just small amount of blood strain after stool. Today morning after stool I found few drops of fresh blood. Why it happened. Before today's I travelled about 800 km with out going to bathroom (stool). When I tried stool after my journey I found the blood. No pain when ever I go to washroom first stool comes there after blood comes out. What does it means it life threating? Please Help me to get out of this problem. Thanks in advance.

Are you constipated Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation Maintain active life style Curd is good for u. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods For details you can contact me.
